本产品基于高性能嵌入式芯片、实时操作系统、边缘Al算法等技术支撑，内嵌Witium机器学习算法，在网络边缘侧进行数据预处理、存储及智能分析。支持多种无线传输方式，适用于各种工业现场了解旋转类机械设备运行负载状态,结合传感器的振动特性，并通过MQTT物联网协议将特征数据及初步分析结果上传至WitCloud物联网数据云平台。

该边缘计算网关最多可支持6路通道三轴振动传感器，提供机油温度及电机三绕组温度监测；设备采用工业塑料IP67外壳设计，适合户外使用；支持工业导轨卡扣、法兰片、强磁的多种灵活固定安装方式，方便客户现场安装；电路具备过载保护、输出短路保护、过热保护，防止客户现场误操作造成的设备损失。
